Shipping

We carefully pack and ship your order from our partners’ warehouses to your dreamhome_lounge.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods (new launches, holidays) processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 7–21 business days

  • USA / Canada: 5–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
We also offer free shipping on orders over $99 – this threshold can be updated in your settings.


Customs & import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes set by your country.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

We want you to feel completely at ease in your dream home lounge pieces.
If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return.

Return window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • unused and unwashed

  • in original condition

  • with all tags and packaging intact

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • worn underwear or socks


How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@dreamhomelounge.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. We’ll confirm the return address and instructions.

  3. Carefully pack your items and send them back using a trackable service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll email you to confirm.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We cannot refund customs, duties or local taxes.


Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new one.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dreamhomelounge.com with photos.
We’ll be happy to replace or refund it for you.
